Week Nine: The Master Key Journey

thanksgivingfamilyTHANKSGIVING  has been 24/7 activities of non-ending fun, lots of laughter and  treasured conversation with family & friends. It is now time to clean!!! My whole being feels it, and I am ready to DO IT NOW!  This post will be quite short, until I sit back at my computer with time to compose something more thought provoking.

Our days of Thanksgiving were wonderful.  The kids made it over two mornings in a row, and SERVED their parents breakfast.  And we are talking big breakfasts.  We felt spoiled with biscuits & gravy, bacon, sausage, and eggs, topped off with homemade espressos for those needing extra energy from the late night games, and then a movie or two.  espresso

Feeling wonderful in observation mode-watching facial expression and body language, there were few challenges with the mental diet-smoothly transitioning into the Law of Substitution when needed.  Remembering with ease what my momma use to say to me when I seemed moody or sad, "Geni, remember your blessings, name them one by one."   My momma started me early in the Law of Substitution. And I was unaware of it then.  But I would begin thinking of things immediately upon her suggestions, counting them on my fingers.

God is GOOD, and I am so blessed!!  My heart rejoices in the family and friends He has put into my life.  thanksgivingpoem
